                Our United States shipping rates are based on the total

              Our items are shipped either UPS or USPS, depending on size, weight 
              and destination. Allowing us to choose the shipping method keeps 
              our costs low. Please email us before ordering if you need special 
              shipping. We also ship to Canada, shipping charges will vary depending 
              on actual weight. Please contact us at ecubedarts@gmail.com 
              for details. We currently do not ship to any countries other than 
              the US and Canada. 
              Return Policy 
                Any item which is damaged or not as described will be replaced 
                free of charge. Please email us upon reciept of a damaged item 
                to receive a return authorization number. If you receive an item 
                in good condition but change your mind about it, we will exchange 
                it but you will be responsible for shipping charges for both items. 
              
Sales Tax
                E Cubed Arts LLC is based in NH and does not collect sales tax 
                on website purchases. At shows physically located in MA and other 
                sales tax states we collect all applicable taxes.
              
Payment
                We collect payment using PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit 
                cards, electronic transfers from your bank account, as well as 
                money in your account if you have a PayPal account. An existing 
                PayPal account is not required for credit card purchases. We may 
                accept other forms of payment on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. 
              
Privacy
                We do not collect credit card numbers. If you receive an email 
                from us asking for a credit card number, it is a fake, do not 
                reply. Paypal does all of our credit card transactions, and keeps 
                your number to themselves. When using Paypal, you must understand 
                that they have their own security and privacy policies. We currently 
                do not have an email mailing list, and are not keeping email addresses 
                from any of our customers. We do keep a US mail mailing list, 
                and send one mailing per year (in the Fall) alerting our customers 
                to our Holiday sale locations. If you do not wish to join this 
                list, please let us know in the comments section of the Paypal 
                checkout, or email us, or mark the Fall mailing "Return to 
                Sender" and put it back out for your postman.
